Hello! 

Welcome to Team Dance Party. 

Isabella (Bella) and I have decided to celebrate our birthdays by donating our hair to Wigs for Kids and help out the BC Children's hospital. We are joining the cut-a-thon at the Collective Studios on June 24th. 

Our hope is to raise awareness and funds while reducing the difficulties of childhood cancers. 

The last time I attempted this, I was pregnant with Bella and cut off about 18'. This time, Bella will be 5(!) and joining in person. This will also be her very first hair cut! She's excited, nervous, and insisted on naming the team.

Wigs for Kids BC (W4K BC) helps kids living with cancer, live better.

A proudly volunteer-run organization, W4K BC provides funding to cover the cost of custom-made human-hair wigs for children and teens at BC Children's Hospital who have suffered hair loss due to cancer treatment or other serious illnesses. Donations to W4K BC also help families pay for medications and feeding supplies that are essential for treatment but not covered by their medical plan.
